This month’s guest, Robert Whitaker, was recently involved in the second-largest Salesforce transformation in APAC, and we were keen to hear all about how it was executed and the key learnings.
We talk to Robert about his career before Salesforce, and how he first came to work with the platform. We explore what other platforms were looked at, and why it made sense to go with Salesforce.
This project was undertaken using a Consulting partner, and so we discussed the value that they were able to get from a Consulting partner, aside from just the delivery element.
We ask Robert, “knowing what you do now, would you have approached the project any differently?”, as well as the the biggest challenges that were faced along the way, and how they were tackled.
